We do not sell your data.

We use your information exclusively to:

• check_circleFacilitate the "Emergency Access" system, communicating with and granting access to your Nominees based strictly on your predefined triggers.
• check_circleSend you essential transactional communications, such as security alerts, OTP verifications, and subscription updates.
• check_circleAnalyze aggregated, anonymized app usage to improve the user experience.

Securing your data is our primary objective:

• chevron_right Encryption: Your User Content and sensitive Vault data is securely stored and encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• chevron_right Infrastructure: We utilize robust, highly-secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase) to host your data.
• chevron_right Authentication: We support secure authentication measures, including OTPs and biometric login (FaceID/Fingerprint), to prevent unauthorized access.

Your Vault content is private. We will only share your information under the following circumstances:

• chevron_right With Your Nominees: User Content will be granted to your designated Nominees only when your specified emergency criteria or inactivity triggers are met.
• chevron_right Service Providers: We may share limited Technical or Account Data with trusted third-party services (like email sending APIs or secure cloud hosting) strictly necessary to operate the app.
• chevron_right Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if legally required to do so by a valid subpoena, court order, or other governmental request.

You maintain complete control over your data within the app:

• check_circle Access & Modification: You can view, edit, or delete any User Content or Nominee Data at any time through the app interface.
• check_circle Account Deletion: You may request the absolute deletion of your account. Upon deletion, all your User Content and personal data will be permanently purged from our active databases.
• check_circle Notifications: You can manage your push notification and email preferences via the Settings screen.

Our Service may contain links to third-party integrations (such as Google Drive). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Family Vault is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notification within the app prior to the change becoming effective.
